Company Top Management has defined the “Quality Policy of Global Teknik Elektronik Yazılım Mühendislik Havacılık San. ve Tic. A.Ş.” describing the commitment of Global Teknik Elektronik Yazılım Mühendislik Havacılık San. ve Tic. A.Ş. to quality, conforming to the service aim of the company, that targets an effective Quality Management System and continual improvement and that forms a framework for the reviews activities; and the conformity thereof is periodically reviewed.

 With the aim of ensuring that the quality policy is provided and understood by all of its employees, Global Teknik is informing all its employees at the time of their employment regarding the existing Quality Management System in line with the “Orientation Procedure”. Furthermore, in order to ensure that the Quality Policy is fully comprehended by the employees; it has been enlarged and hung at specified placed within the company building.

 In this scope;

IN REGARDS TO THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES WE PROVIDE, IT IS OUR QUALITY POLICY TO FULFILL THE PRE DETERMINED AND/OR POST-ARISING CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS IN A TIMELY MANNER AND COMPLETELY WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF OUR TOTAL QUALITY UNDERSTANDING WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF ALL OUR EMPLOYEES AND THE PROVISION IF ALL THE NECESSARY RESOURCES BY OUR PROCESS-BASED QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM  THAT COMPLIES WITH THE NATIONAL/ INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS / LEGISLATIVE CONDITIONS.
